As one of the largest online jewelry wholesale company in China, we have made special policies in delivery and after-sale services, which are mainly listed below:
1. Most of the item photos shown on our website are taken with natural light, so they are near to the real items’ look. But sometimes when the light condition changes, it will cause a little deviation on the photo. Please understand that all the photos are used only as references, but we promise you that they won’t be much different from the real items.
2. The order will come to be effective when you give us final confirmation in your reply to our ask-confirm email for you after the order is checked out in our website.
3. We are dedicated to provide you excellent services. If there are some problems with your order, or with our process, please feel free to tell us. Our service team will contact you and try best to solve your problems!
4. Our stock covers a wide range of fashion ornaments with various quality, prices and styles, you can pick up items that are most suitable for your business or self-use. We're confident in our items for they will meet your expectation.
5. Since we have hundreds of thousands of items to manage, and everyday there are dozens of orders to collect, it is unavoidable that some items will be out of stock. In this case our usual solutions are as below:
1) If the lacking items are just one or two pieces, and the amount is really small, we will deliver your items as well. Because we think quick delivery is more important for you, comparing the small lacking part. Then we will return the exceeding amount to your account, so that you can use it with your next order. If there are some items you are interested very much, please make note in the order about them.
2) If there are a lot of lacking items (depending on your order amount), we will stop the delivery temporarily, and inform you via emails or phone calls about the lacking items. Then you decide whether let us send out the parcel without lacking items, or choose some other items instead.
6. Discrepancy of the selected items with color and style
We are always trying to provide you with items strictly according to your order list. And 100% accuracy is our pursuit. But sometimes it still happens that your selected color or style of one item is out of stock. Then we will
1) Search for the selected color or style in the market on priority.
2) Replace it with other color or style of the same item if there are other colors or styles of it in stock.
3) If clients have special requests in the color and style, then we will do according to their requests.

Return & Compensation Policy
1. As an experienced online order company, we promise you that we will provide proper packages to all items and parcels according to the shipping methods request. Yet it still happens occasionally that some of the items are damaged during the delivery. Please make clear, detailed photos of the broken items as kind of valid proof.
2. Proceeding notes:
1) Please inform us the situation as soon as possible, better within three working days from the time you receive the items.
2) Offer the relevant information, such as the order no., the item no. of the broken one and the quantity of the broken item.
3) Offer the photos of the broken items via emails
  

The above terms are only suitable for stock items of our company. For custom orders we may adopt another policy.
